Scheduling by room
The front desk sees who is seeing patients where, books for any practitioner and fills gaps from the waiting list. Each practitioner sees their own calendar — on the computer, the phone or the watch.
Confidentiality and permissions
The clinical record belongs to the treating practitioner: one practitioner can’t open another’s notes, and the front desk handles scheduling and billing without seeing clinical content. Every access is logged.

No. Each practitioner accesses the records of the patients they treat. If two colleagues follow the same case, the responsible practitioner shares it.
You set each practitioner’s rule. Paid appointments come in already split and, at month end, the system totals payouts per practitioner for you to review and pay.
Yes. You register the clinic’s rooms and the calendar shows occupancy by room and by practitioner. Online appointments don’t take up a room.
