BILLING

Questions about the plans.

Do I need a company registration (CNPJ) to subscribe?

Not if you practice solo: your CRP or CRM license is enough. The Clinic and Franchises plans require the company’s CNPJ; the professionals registered under it need a CRP or CRM.

How does per-professional billing work for clinics?

Each professional who sees patients is a seat at R$ 99.90/mo, prorated by the days the account was active. A professional active for 15 days in the month pays only those 15 days. Reception, marketing and secretary accounts are free up to the 5th (solo and clinic; in franchises, 5 per clinic); from the 6th on, R$ 20.00/mo each.

What changes between the solo plans?

Patients and appointments are unlimited in all of them, and so are telehealth, apps and reports. The difference is the number of records per month (30, 100 or unlimited), the AI credits (500, 1,500 or 5,000 per month), priority support (Intermediate and Advanced) and AI behavioral analysis (Advanced).

Is there a lock-in period or cancellation fee?

No. You start with 2 months free, no card, and can switch plans or cancel right in the platform whenever you like. Upgrades apply immediately; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Pix, bank slip (boleto) and card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Hipercard), processed by Stripe and Mercado Pago. Card details never go through Theravus.
