No. Theravus runs in the browser. If you like, there is the Theravus Pro app for practitioners and clinics (iOS and Android, with Apple Watch and Wear OS), the Theravus Patient app (iOS and Android) and a Chrome extension.

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). There is an audit trail of sensitive actions, role-based access control, optional two-step verification and daily backups. Processing follows the LGPD, Brazil’s data protection law; details are on our LGPD page.

Only you and the people you authorize. Each role (practitioner, front desk, clinic administrator) has controlled visibility, and patients only see in the portal or app what you choose to share.

It is the Theravus AI, with specialists for each kind of task: clinical, finance and accounting, marketing, data analysis and more. It helps with session summaries and transcription, documents, treatment plans and everyday practice questions. It is a support tool: it never replaces clinical judgment, and you should review everything it produces.

Not the data that identifies them. Name, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), contact details and other direct identifiers are removed before any content reaches the AI, and your clinical data is not used to train models.

Credits measure AI usage (summaries, transcriptions, conversations with the specialists). Every plan includes a monthly allowance; if you need more, you can buy extra credits without changing plans.

There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee: you can cancel at any time. You can export your data whenever you want; when you close your account, clinical records and documents are kept in the Custody Vault for the legally required period, with access through the Custody Portal for 90 days.

Yes, at any time, right from the dashboard.

The clinic pays per active practitioner. Up to 5 front desk, marketing or secretary accounts are free per clinic (from the 6th on, R$ 20.00/month each). In networks and franchises, each unit is a clinic, and a head-office dashboard lets you follow all of them.

By Pix, card or boleto, via Mercado Pago or Stripe. You can send one-off payment requests over WhatsApp, manage team payouts and commissions, and issue receipts and invoices (nota fiscal) from the platform.

The video call happens inside Theravus, and the patient does not need to install anything: just send the link. The connection is encrypted, and sessions are only recorded with the patient’s consent.

It sends appointment reminders and confirmation requests, payment requests and service messages from your practice's WhatsApp, and patients' replies flow back into the schedule.

Yes. Theravus Pro puts your schedule, records and finances on your phone (with your schedule on Apple Watch and Wear OS too). Theravus Patient lets patients book sessions, get reminders, pay and join the teleconsultation.
